Switzerland has emerged from the fusion of German, French and Italian cultures over centuries of peace in a war-torn continent. However, unlike these very countries, Switzerland has stirred clear from any conflicts and wars that have ripped the world apart. Set on the river Rhine and surrounded by spectacular Alps and numerous lakes, Switzerland is one of the most heartwarming places on earth, irrespective of its cool climate.

The peaceful character of Switzerland must have something to do with its heavenly cheese and chocolates, snow covered valleys and sporty attitude (Swiss knife anyone!), the Heidi clones yodeling through the valley, a banking system efficient to the strike of a Swiss clock manufactured in its own clock industry, or for that matter the noble prize garnering universities that have given the world more patents and theories than the number of hair on Einstein’s head. Yes or no?

TSI Holidays gives you a chance to find it out on your own, with its outbound packages for Switzerland.
Geneva
The world headquarters for UN and Red Cross Society, this cosmopolitan city of Switzerland is famous for water sports in Lake Geneva, trade fairs and festivals, Swiss cuisine and wines and the 2000-year-old Cultural and Historical center.

Locarno
This medieval era town is one of the most happening cities in Switzerland. The subtropical vegetation and pleasant climate envelopes the cities main tourist attractions – churches, Castello Visconteo Archaeological Museum, fortress, discos, open-air concerts, lake cruises, beach parties, and Piazza Grande. Locarno is also the host to one of the prestigious International Film Festivals in the world.

Zurich
A city built around Lake Zurich, Zurich is a haven for nature lovers married to shopaholics and adventure sports enthusiasts for kids. Once in Zurich, the only thing you will long for is more time. With 50 museums and 100 galleries (mostly in the Winterthur museum town), 1350 Swiss specialty and multi-cuisine restaurants and bars, shopping at Bahnhofstrasse and the Limmatquai, water sports in Lake Zurich, visits to water parks, and walks through the old town in Zurich aptly sums up your stay.

Lugano
This business and banking town in Switzerland is set amidst natural beauty, historical and architectural heritage. While the Mediterranean climate is an obvious attraction, the city also has museums, history center, fairs and exhibitions, mountains, lakes and Lombardic style buildings to captivate your imagination.
