Mumbai formerly called Bombay is a melting pot of cultures that offer memorable experiences. Day 1
Day 01: Arrival Mumbai

Upon arrival traditional welcome & transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2
Day 02: Mumbai

After breakfast proceed for half day city tour of Mumbai covering Flower Market - The Biggest Flower Market In Entire India, Dhobi Ghat - The Open Air Laundry, Gateway of India, Bombay High Court, Victoria Terminus Railway Station & Municipality Building. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3
Day 03: Mumbai – Ahmedabad (By Flight)

Arrive and transfer to hotel. Visit Gandhi Ashram, Mahatma Gandhi's former headquarters, now a museum and memorial. Then, explore Akshardham Temple, a majestic cultural complex with intricate carvings, gardens, and fountains. Overnight in Ahmedabad.


Day 4
Day 04: Ahmedabad

After breakfast, visit the Hathee Singh Jain Temple, a stunning white marble temple built in 1850 with intricate carvings, dedicated to Dharamanath. Next, head to the Jama Masjid, one of India's most beautiful mosques, built in 1423 AD with materials salvaged from Hindu and Jain temples. Finally, explore the Calico Museum of Textiles, a world-renowned museum showcasing an impressive collection of antique and modern textiles, including rare tapestries and old weaving machines. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 5
Day 05: Ahmedabad – Rajkot (225 Kms/5 hrs.)

After breakfast proceed to Rajkot. Rajkot is a very pleasant provincial town. Mahatma Gandhi spent a few years of his life in this town. His father was the Dewan (Chief Minister) of Rajkot, once a small princely State. In the evening arrive in Rajkot and visit Kaba Gandhi No Delo. Mahatma Gandhi spent the early days of his life here. You can see the exhibition of Gandhi's items here.

This will be followed by a visit to Rajkumar College. Mahatma Gandhi completed his secondary education from this school.

Day 6
Day 06: Rajkot – Dwaraka (210 Kms/6 hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Dwaraka. Dwaraka is situated on the Saurashtra coast, where the River Gomti meets the Arabian Sea. According to the legends, Dwarka was once the capital of the Lord Krishna's empire. It is also believed that the original Dwarka, which was an island, was submerged in the sea. Dwaraka is also one of the four holy places of the Hindus. Dwaraka is known all over the world for the temple of Dwarkadhish, the 'Lord of Dwarka', also known as the Jagat Mandir or temple of the world. In the evening arrive in Dwarka and drive to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7
Day 07: Dwaraka –Porbandar (122 Kms/3 hrs.)

After breakfast, visit the ancient Dwarkadhish temple, constructed over 1400 years ago, which houses the revered image of Lord Krishna and attracts pilgrims from worldwide. Also, explore the nearby Rukmani temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna's wife. Then, drive to Porbandar, a charming old sea port on Gujarat's western coast, notable for being Mahatma Gandhi's birthplace. In the evening, visit Kirti Mandir, Gandhi's birth home, a three-storey house with 17 rooms where the 'Father of the Nation' was born in 1869. Overnight in Porbandar.

Day 8
Day 08: Porbandar – Somnath – Diu (215 Kms/5 hrs.)

After breakfast, embark on a 100 km drive to the revered Somnath temple, one of the twelve sacred shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and a jyotirlinga. Legend has it that the temple was originally built in gold by Somraj, the moon god, and has been rebuilt and destroyed seven times, with the final reconstruction taking place in 1950 with the support of Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel. Following your visit, drive 115 km to Junagadh, nestled at the foot of Mount Girnar and on the edge of the Gir forest. Explore the city's historic forts, Ashoka Rock Edicts, and Maqbara. In the evening, arrive in Diu and enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 9
Day 08: Diu

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Diu's monuments and beaches, visiting St. Paul's Church, adorned with intricate carvings and shell-like motifs, followed by St. Thomas Church Museum, a Gothic-style edifice turned archaeological treasure house. Next, explore the majestic Diu Fort, a coastal structure with ancient stone work and stunning views of the town, and finally, relax at the secluded and picturesque Nagoa Beach, with its unique horse-shoe shape. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10
Day 09: Diu – Mumbai – Onward destination (By Flight)

After breakfast transfer to Diu Airport to board flight to Mumbai & then connect flight to onward destination.
