Gaya, located in the state of Bihar, India, is a city steeped in historical and spiritual significance. Situated on the banks of the Falgu River, Gaya is renowned for its religious importance, particularly for Hindus, due to the presence of the Vishnupad Temple, which is believed to be a significant site for performing religious rituals and rites for ancestors. The city is also closely associated with Buddhism, as it is near Bodh Gaya, where Buddha is said to have attained enlightenment. Gaya’s vibrant culture is reflected in its numerous temples, traditional festivals, and bustling markets. The best time to visit is from October to March, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable for exploring its spiritual and cultural landmarks.

Day 1
Day 1 || Arrival Gaya

Upon arrival at Gaya Airport you will be met with our representative after Traditional welcome you will be transferred to your hotel for check in. This is the place of the Buddha got enlightenment, Bodhgaya is the spiritual centre of Buddhists. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 2
Day 2 || Bodhgaya

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Bodhgaya visiting Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum, houses a small collection of Buddhist sculpture from the 1st century B.C, to the 11th century A.D, Visit monasteries, Thai Temple and Bodhi tree. Overnight at Hotel. 

Day 3
Day 3 || Bodhgaya – Rajgir – Nalanda – Patna || 175 Kms / 4 Hrs

After breakfast, check out from Hotel and dive to Patna enroute explore the attractions of Rajgir-the ancient capital of Bihar, and Nalanda- the ancient Indian university. Upon arrival in Patna, check into the hotel. Overnight at Hotel. 

Day 4
Day 4 || Patna – Vaishali – Kushinagar || 237 Kms / 5.40 Hrs

After breakfast drive to Kushinagar enroute visit to Vaishali, an important Buddhist destination. It is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his final sermon and attained Parinirvana here. Later, set out to explore some important landmarks such as Chaumukhi, Ashok Pillar and Lotus Tank. Thereafter, drive to Kushinagar. On arrival check in at hotel for overnight stay.. 

Day 5
Day 5 || Kushinagar – Varanasi || 240 Kms / 6 Hrs

After breakfast, proceed with sightseeing tour of Kushinagar covering the Mahaparinirwana temple and Thai Temple. Later, drive towards Varanasi. Upon arrival check in at Hotel.

In the evening, you'll witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at the Ghat on the sacred Ganges River.

Overnight at Hotel. 

Day 6
Day 6 || Varanasi

Early morning boat-ride on river Ganges to witness holy rituals on Ghats. Return back to hotel for wash & change and Breakfast. 

After breakfast, you will explore the spiritual and cultural landmarks of Varanasi, including the Tulsi Manas Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Banaras Hindu University and Sarnath. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7
Day 7 || Varanasi Departure

After breakfast time free at leisure. In time transfer to the International airport to board on flight for onward destination.
