Taragarh Fort: Bundi is known for its collection of historic forts. Taragarh fort is among the biggest forts whose origin date back to 16th century. This Rajasthan fort is famous for its intricate designs and an exclusive painting gallery. The gallery houses a fine collection of mural painting.

Shikar Burj: It is a noted palace in Gundi which was earlier the base for the kings when they used to venture out on hunting.

Fairs & Festivals of Bundi

Tejaji Fair: Locally known as Dugar, this festival takes place somewhere between September and October. This 5-day long fair is dedicated to Tejaji, the folk deity of Bundi.

Keshav Rai Patan Fair: This holy fair commences from Kartik Poornima continuing for ten days. The devotees assemble to take a dip in the holy river of Chambal and pray to God Keshav Rai Ji. The celebration generally takes place anywhere in the month of October or November.

Kajli Teej: This festival takes place between the months of July and August. It commences with the procession of Teej from Naval Sagar and ends at Azad Park. The celebration goes on for 8 days declaring its end on Janmashtami, birthday of Lord Krishna.
